The Grand Budapest Hotel animated storyboard

American director Wes Anderson has recently released part of the original storyboard of his highly successful 2014 hit The Grand Budapest Hotel.
The film, surprisingly, was a huge box office success that earned the director wide critical acclaim and many awards, including an Oscar.

Anderson published only 5 minutes of the storyboard which originally lasted more than 25 minutes and shows the initial shots of the film, various sketches of the facade of the famous hotel, but also the interior of the building and the characters who live there.

The whole storyboard was designed by the director in a pre-production phase to get a precise idea of all the shots and, probably for this reason, he decided that the narrating voice of the clip should be his own.
