A Year Along the Geostationary Orbit, a year seen from a satellite

Himawara-8 is a Japanese meteorological satellite managed by the Japan Meteorological Agency that records and archives all the changes in the eastern hemisphere. In the video A Year Along the Geostationary Orbit, with graphics, animation, sound, and production were handled by Felix Dierich, we see all the footage of the satellite of one year.

We are sucked into a vortex in which we pass from day to night and witness all the beauty and fragility of our planet. A unique point of view on Earth, which you cannot miss.
